To achieve long-term results in values-based work, the entire school needs to be involved and work systematically. To support and save time for school leadership, student health services, and educators in the classroom, Equally Different has developed a comprehensive solution where everyone in the school works together in a targeted way—guided by ready-made annual plans spanning 10 school months. These plans continuously highlight social behaviors and skills for students, school staff, and guardians.

Annual plan by school level (Learning Lab)

A school year with fully planned LGR22 or Gy25-aligned exercises, adaptations, and scripts for educators—designed for a comprehensive and systematic values-based program with activities in classrooms, after-school programs, sports, and recess. Adapted to each school level!

Employee lecture (live)

Kick-offs, organizational changes, new leadership, mergers, fresh starts—there are many reasons to bring inspiration into interpersonal behavior, team spirit, and unity among your staff. Choose from several themed topics, all designed to strengthen both your work environment and core values as you lead the way for others every day.

Equally Different Day (live)

A municipality-wide half-day for professional development, networking, and a boost to the municipality’s primary and secondary schools. The aim is to enhance job satisfaction, raise psychosocial competence, and strengthen engagement and safety for school leaders, educators, and student health teams. Lectures and workshops in a celebratory atmosphere provide tools and motivation for classrooms and after-school programs.

Assessment (hybrid)

A tool for school leaders to gain a better understanding of what’s happening within the school’s four walls—in the staff room, among teaching teams, and in the classrooms. The purpose is to support continued leadership and strategic development. The assessment pairs well with the staff lecture, where key findings—both positive and challenging—can be addressed. The scope of the assessment is determined in collaboration with school leadership.
