No one-man show!
Did you know that the bottom line in the financial report is influenced by employees’ levels of empathy and inclusion?
Employees are investments. As an employee, you’re expected to deliver your best every day. Terms like “ROI” are often used—even for people. But humans aren’t robots. The right conditions must be in place for individuals to perform at their best: positive social behaviors, empathy, and an inclusive mindset. Life isn’t a one-man show—and neither is work. Together, people create magic.

We work with nudging!
Equally Different’s products, services, and coaching efforts are all strategic activities designed to nudge individuals and groups to co-operate, collaborate, and co-exist by encouraging more people to use empathetic and inclusive behaviors in everyday life. These behaviors are essential for improving well-being and potential—both short- and long-term—for individuals, groups, and local communities.
Nudging is a well-established behavioral science method used to guide people toward desired behaviors by systematically motivating, inspiring, and reminding intention and action to align. Today, nudging is used by authorities and companies around the world.
Agenda 2030 for sustainable development
Agenda 2030 is an action plan with goals for transitioning to a sustainable society for people, the planet, and prosperity. The goals and targets of Agenda 2030 are integrated and indivisible, encompassing all three dimensions of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental.

CSRD reporting and sustainable work with Equally Different
Expectations and demands are increasing for organizations to ensure operations that contribute to sustainable value creation. This applies to everyone—businesses, municipalities, regions, and all others.
To meet these expectations and ensure sustainable work for clients, the Equally Different team has completed a comprehensive, research-based training in measuring and evaluating social and economic impact. The training is provided by Skandia Ideas for Life in collaboration with Uppsala and Umeå Universities.
In Equally Different’s partnerships with businesses through schools and associations, this is an important part of the sustainability criteria starting July 1, 2024.

Become a partner
Equally Different has joined forces with Swedish businesses to create valuable partnerships that generate benefits for recipients, local communities, and partner companies—all with a focus on the local level. By “digging where we stand” and making a difference for those closest to us, the work becomes meaningful, enjoyable, and long-lasting.

Equally Different Role Model
An important diploma and recognition that shows employees and customers that the company is a leading force for positive local social change in support of children’s and young people’s mental health and ability to reach their full potential. This takes place through three-year partnerships aimed at systematically educating and training children and youth in social skills and positive behaviors to increase empathy, inclusion, and compassion.
