Advising and coaching

Sometimes we just don’t click. Conflicts and misunderstandings are natural between people—especially when we haven’t trained in communication, feedback, and language since childhood. Instead, all kinds of people are gathered in the same workplace or team. And it’s supposed to “work”—we’re expected to deliver. But what do we do when it doesn’t? Equally Different provides valuable coaching and advising that offers new dimensions.

Equally Different offers coaching and advising for strained situations, with a focus on social relationships and skills. This work complements efforts already made by HR or identified as part of the solution. That’s why the process often takes place in close consultation with HR representatives and immediate managers. The goal is to untangle knots and offer new perspectives on our different roles within existing disagreements—opening the door for progress in a shared direction.

Coaching and advising are also available for individual managers, leaders, and employees. We have successfully supported both work teams at billion-revenue companies and smaller groups that have become “stuck.”
