Assessment (hybrid)

A tool for school leaders to gain a better understanding of what’s happening within the school’s four walls—in the staff room, among teaching teams, and in the classrooms. The purpose is to support continued leadership and strategic development. The assessment pairs well with the staff lecture, where key findings—both positive and challenging—can be addressed. The scope of the assessment is determined in collaboration with school leadership.

Want to dive deeper into the results of an employee survey, address ongoing issues, or uncover what might be “in the walls”? Then Equally Different’s assessments are a valuable complement. These assessments pick up where employee surveys leave off—where managers stop receiving feedback or where colleagues’ behaviors have become unacceptable. The assessment is tailored to your needs and conditions, using interviews or surveys. The resulting report is ideally used alongside school leadership’s policy documents for organizational development or work environment matters.
