Have you decided to invest extra in strengthening your club or association in core values, culture, or environmental work? Wonderful! Feeling good together is the foundation for all types of unity and success—both individually and collectively.
We rarely choose who ends up in our club or on our team, yet we’re expected to come together and achieve results. To strengthen your club’s, association’s, or team’s sense of unity, joy of play, and engagement, Equally Different offers a themed seasonal program that builds social skills through simple coach-led activities and exercises that are fun, educational, and meaningful. The work is guided by Equally Different’s Coach’s Book and Player’s Book, with ready-to-use materials for the coach. All materials are available to each coach on Equally Different’s digital learning platform, Learning Lab, whenever needed.
The season package also includes an Equally Different-led coach training where an educator goes through the seasonal structure, execution, and purpose of the work, materials, and activities in detail. This gives coaches a basic education in leadership focused on social skills and foundational psychology. It provides a fact-based foundation and the confidence coaches need to lead their teams throughout the season.
By strengthening coaches’ leadership abilities, attitudes, and communication skills—while also developing players’ empathetic and inclusive abilities on the field and in the locker room—you become better together and stronger as individuals.
The seasonal program with Equally Different is offered in various themes and focus areas to match your needs and conditions.
